  1. Update to original post. Our Lexus ES-300h (2013) is now 2 1/2 years old with 18,600 miles and is averaging 40.4 MPG. It has been very reliable. The image below shows the data. Richard
  2. Doug, Thank you. Actually my dealer's staff were able to assist me with this last week. However, I also appreciate your response, as well. I have opened the screen up to "full screen" on the "Energy Monitor" page and captured the attached photos. The car is doing really well at what seems to be ~40mpg. I'm not sure how to read the "Best 38.7mpg" while there is a "Average 43.3mpg" next to it. Perhaps the Average is related to that tank of gas, as it seems to be the same as the other dash display with 43.2mpg "after refueling".
  3. I need some help. We have a 2013 Lexus ES-300h. On the navigation display – under Menu, Information, Fuel Consumption, Energy Monitor, Past Record - there is a “Best MPG” display in the bottom right of the display. Ours is currently blank (like we don’t yet have a “Best MPG”. We have ~ 1,100 miles on the car and have re-fueled about 3 times. Is this normal? Where can we read about this anomaly (Owners Manuel page, etc.). Thank you. Richard
  4. We have a relatively new ES 300h with only 1,100 miles so far. It is my wife’s car and she drives mostly local city miles and is getting advertised MPG of ~40, sometimes a little higher. She always leaves the mode in NORMAL. I do notice that above 65 mph on the interstate (approximately) the MPG will start to decrease somewhat. I have a question. What does the display in the “Best MPG” mean and when will it work or change? Ours is blank and I’m curious to know what it should do and when. Thank you.
