Hey guys whats up. New member, Im tryna buy a ls400 to make a budget vip build. Im tryna get one for under 3000. But Id rather get one for 1-2gs so i have money for mods. I want all maintence records and i found this one. Does it look good. i wanted lower mileage but this one is so clean. Should i go for it.

Both have real clean interiors but the first one looks just a bit cleaner. i want a black interior but dont mind too much. I can bargain 500 the first one for 2000 forsure. and the second for 1000-1250. Also what are some cheap mods. im gonna plastidip the emblem and chrome out my grill. and tint the windows and get new rims forsure. And smoke out the tail lights a little. whats some other cheap mods. And do any of them have red flags. Thanks
