With key in/engine started. It won't tilt up or down, in or out -
Hi I have a steering wheel problem. On my 1994 sc300, my steering wheel won't move at all and was wondering what it might be. Could it needs new battery and if so, what kind of battery is it and where can I get it? Any help is appreciated.
