I just installed a factory receiver hitch with wiring harness on a 2004 RX 330. The vehicle was not originally equipped with the optional towing package. All of the installation went great until I checked the plug for power. It appears that there is no power to the plug located under the storage bins in the rear of the vehicle. Is there a step I am missing?

Check the fuse box, and install a fuse for it.

Thank you very much for the info. I did search and found this site before asking the question, but they have no information about the company or phone to contact. Thats why I was leery of placing an order.

If it is a minor damage, I would suggest to leave it the way it is and fix it when it is time to return the vehicle. If you need to fix it right away, you can take it to any paint shop to repair, it does not have to be Lexus since they don't do body or paint job themself.
