need help getting the door open, to work on it. It will not open from the outside

do you know how to get the door open on a gs300 lexus, it will not open for me to work on it

I try to open it from the inside and out but will not open..How so you poke a hole by the door handle to unlock it to fix the actuator for door handle. cant get the door panel off because the door will not open
