Thanks. Already tried restarting phone and deleted phone and re-paired. Reluctant to call anyway only because most of what I read on line suggests the IPhone operating systems are challenged to work with the Lexus system. Probably why the dealership didn't show me this feature after pairing my phone! Don't really want to invest anymore time in figuring it out but I appreciate your response.

Just picked up by GS 350 FSport and can receive text messaging but unable to see the Reply button on my screen. It reads it to me but I cannot access the Reply button doesn't show up and allow me to use the Quick Reply Messages. It also doesn't show that I've read the message on my IPHONE. Been doing this all day and can't figure it out. Any suggestions?
