I have similar problem, but only with driver's side window. It will alwayas go down, but will not go up reliably. If it "rests" for a while, it will go up partially. Several such cycles gets it to the top. No corrolation with engine off or on, car moving, other window or lock activity, door open or closed. Would like help on how to remove paney correctly. Thanks
