  1. It is depressing but I have no choice. Due to financial reasons my 2004 Lexus GS430 is for sale. Kelley Blue Book Private Party value is $14K. However, this car has an infrared window tint (92% heat rejection) an iPhone/iPod interface and (something you will NEVER find with 95% of all other GS430 cars for sale) Extensive Service Records from the dealer. The 90K Service with Water Pump and Timing Belt were done at the dealer. That's a $1500+ service that KBB.com doesn't account for on any other GS430 you buy. Also, depending on your state, you'll save over $1200 in sales tax when buying from a private party. The car is in northern nevada and needs nothing (other than a new owner). I spent nearly a year looking for this car as I am so particular about condition and maintanance history. Funny, when you buy a car from an auction (or a lot) you have NO IDEA how it was ever maintained. If you care about how a car was service than this car may be for you. 116K Silver w/ Black Interior Fully Loaded Mark Levinson Sound Multi-Disc MP3 Navigation Front and Side Air Bags Chrome Rims Rear Spoiler iPhone/iPod Interface Infra Red Window Tint (92% heat rejection) Michelins Always Garaged Always Serviced Lots of Records 90K Service Done at Lexus Runs Excellent 300/HP 25mpg/Freeway (775) 881-8536 More Photos at link below: http://www.vuvox.com...tail/0596d3c352 $14,500 Call Send SMS Add to Skype You'll need Skype CreditFree via Skype
  2. I spent nearly a year looking for a really clean well maintained 2004 GS430. Due to financial reasons I have to sell it. KBB Private Party Value is $14K but it has an iPhone/iPod interface, Infrared WindowTint and Amazing Service Records (rare). Just wondered if anyone had any input on where to advertise it other than craigslist? The car is in Northern Nevada. Jay
  3. To my knowledge the powerlock needs to be replaced (I had the same problem on my GF's car). The dealer wanted over $400 for the new power lock mechanism. We found a kid in sacramento CA who who take apart the powerlock mechanism and fix it for $100. It has been perfect for over 3 years. I would verify it is the powerlock assembly having an issue. An ad on craigs list for an experienced autobody guy will disassembly that door panel in 5 mins and tell you if that's what it is. I think in our case we could lock it manually but only from the inside until it was fixed.
  4. Your avatar is as beatiful as your name.
  5. I have a friend in the same boat. I will post if he finds the solution!
