Does anyone know what is required to upgrade a 92 SC400 shifter from a later model 99? I am aware of how to do the mechanical work but not the electronics. Is their a diagram or instructions somewhere?

Own a 92 SC and switched the taillights with a 98 SC. Now the dash indicator light shows that i have a rear light out. Checked all bulbs and none are out. Does anyone know what if any modifications need to be made to get the instument rear indicator light to go off?
