How To Adjust The Clock With Nav System

This might be irrelevant but is there a way to adjust your clock if your navigation screen doesn't respond to touch anymore? I have a Lexus RX330. Thanks! -
Hi, I can no longer change the clock on my 2006 Lexus RX330. The nav screen is cracked (doesn't respond to touch anymore) and I have not fixed it yet (it costs a lot to fix). So is there a way to change the clock without using the nav screen? Any help will be appreciated.

I have the same problem too (put the Garmin GPS on the touch screen) and it doesn't receive touch anymore. please email me if you have the navigation screen part at dlanhtuan2114@gmail.com. Thanks a lot.
