I live in Canada and recently bought a 2001 LX 470 out of an auction in Miami. After getting it back here, I noticed that the reception on the radio is aweful. I have checked the usual suspects (antennae, wires etc...) however I can't get anything in. Even my local stations sound like they are 1000 miles away. Does anyone else in Canada have this problem?

Is there any way to program an 04 GX 470 remote without having to go to the dealership to get it done? I have a customer who is in Europe that lost a key. We ordered him the key, got it cut but they want us to bring the car and the key to the dealership to get it programmed. I am trying to figure out if there is an alternative way for my customer to do this. Any help/ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated.
