Found this site to be very helpful...

1. Had the "shift to 'P' before starting engine issue, and was quickly solved by reviewing htiss forum (needed new 12v battery)....

and

2. found the Reset of the Idle Speed Control (ISC) here, and link to the Technical Service Information Bulletin EG010-05 explaining such. VERY HELPFUL!!
