Hi,I think there are not so many kinds of scanners for lexus. I found one and thought it great for lexus than other scanners It called T605 OBD2 code reader. It seems that it can only use to do the toyota and lexus. And it my opinion,it is not cheap, If you like DIY checking your cars,you can search it for more info. I provide you looking at the PDF: t605 manual.pdf If you have better scanner,you can reply me,thanks.
