I just got my first oil change done since owning this vehicle. I went to my local Toyota stealership and they charged me $55 after taxes.

Non synthetic.

IMO, it looks ok and works with the subtle styling changes. I'd like to see some dual exhaust outlets like the Venza on the 350.
