Thank you for your response Paul but it doesn't seem to help. In order to locate Costco while driving, what exactly are the voice commands. My reading of the NAV manual plus trial and error leads me to believe I must know the POI category that Costco is under. I have no idea what that is and do not know how to find it. I tried the obvious ones in the manual. No luck. The Lexus salesman said Costco must not part of the Nav programming. This makes little sense to me because I can find it when in park by manually typing in the name. Surely there is a way to find it while driving. SCM

I am a new 2012 RX 450 H owner that does not have access to a 12 year old to help with NAV operation. The general problem I am having is epitomized by not knowing how to find "Costco," while driving. I do not know, nor can find a POI category for it, yet, I can enter the name while in park, so, surely it has an associated category. Related, is it possible to enter, while parked, a generic...not address-specific Costco or other POI? Finally, when I call up a POI category, only three appear. How do I expand the number or scroll through others that surely exist. Thanks for help with this first post. By the way, the Lexus Dealer was unable to help. SCM
