    Thanks , Rich for your post re: Karco. I will be calling them Monday. I just had an unpleasant surprise getting an oil change and tire R&B for, gasp, $200 . I was told that Toyota had better prices than Lexus, but they were actually higher. Karco seems like a good alternative. I have a 2008 RX 400h that I bought a year ago that needs routine maintenance. I need an honest mechanic that I can rely on.

      Thanks. I joined to find an alternative to maintenance at the dealers. Already I found one nearby that came highly recommended that I will be calling Monday. HOw do I use the intro and other forums? Is there a help menu or something?
