I need to know the part number of the electrical connecting terminal "pigtail" for the part number 157176L Hazard Switch for a 92 Lexus SC.

I have a 1993 SC400 with a drivers seat control w/memory. I can't get any motor movement through the ECU. The motors run when bypassed and the lumbar action works OK. The passenger seat works OK. I have direct connected all input power and ground. Is the ECU "blown" or not?
