Underbelly rust has disabled the AHC Suspension on my 1999 LX 470. Has anyone had experience in substituting a different suspension system to resolve this problem?

Problem: underbelly rust on my 1999 LX 470 has disabled the AHC Suspension. The car runs good but the local Lexus dealership service department has quoted an estimate of $23,000.00 to fix it. Has anyone had experience in installing other options to resolve the suspension problem.
