Does anyone know if a 2008, RX350 front seats is compatible to a 1999-2000 RX300? I would like to know specifically if harness for power to seats, mounting rails are the same. Also, is there an issue with clearance as well?

This may seem like a silly question but our RX driver's side sun visor does not stay up. You push it up into the recess of the ceiling

headliner and it falls down to about a 45 degree angle. Constantly gets in the way of your vision and you almost always hit your head on

it when getting into the vehicle. I have looks and looked at a way to tighten this up all to no avail. Does anyone know of a way to

make this tighter or will I just have to buy a new one?

Hi Michael, Sun-visor issue is a common concern amongst Lexus owners. I too have the same problem. Only remedy is to replace with a "new" (strongly against it. Too expensive), or a used one that still stays up.
