Does anyone know if a 2008, RX350 front seats is compatible to a 1999-2000 RX300? I would like to know specifically if harness for power to seats, mounting rails are the same. Also, is there an issue with clearance as well?

Hi Michael, Sun-visor issue is a common concern amongst Lexus owners. I too have the same problem. Only remedy is to replace with a "new" (strongly against it. Too expensive), or a used one that still stays up. Roland
