2005 RX330 - Apparently a common problem, dealer wants to sell you the entire window... has anyone found a place selling just the trim?

Thanks to this amazing forum I replaced the rear struts - easier job than I anticipated. I am about to tackle the front ones and was wondering if anyone has a tutorial, suggestions, video, etc. I've had this car for years and anytime I think of a new one I decide to keep it instead. 305,554 miles so far and I've had a few transmissions, replaced the climate control display once, the antenna mast twice but for the most part it has been the best car I have ever owned. I appreciate your help!
