99 Lexus GS300 with 140,000 miles on it. I'm the second owner, and this week, after going through a pressure car wash, I started hearing what I would call a popping or almost dragging sound. It seems to be coming from the passenger side front tire area, when turning the steering wheel. Doesn't seem to matter if the car is in gear or neutral, and doesn't seem to matter if the brake is applied or not. Thoughts? Sound familiar to anyone? Thanks!
