Cd Changer Problem

Hi guys! I'm new and name Vasya. If anybody has problem with CD changer on LS430 2006y? My is stock. My alternator was broke down. So I replaced both alternator and battery. After this, everything is working except CD. I had massage on screen CD ERROR or CD SEEK. If anyone can help? Thanks
