If you need Lexus service in the DC area, try Chantilly Repair Center. I tried a different place that managed to break the blower box for the AC while changing the internal filter. Local dealer wanted $1400 plus to replace. Chantilly Repair Center (Omar) said he could repair if he could find the part. He did and saved me $800! I highly recommend. Ed
