scviolence replied to Son's mechanic's topic in 92 - 00 Lexus SC300 / SC400
take the door panel lock unlock latch off. it has a 10 mm bolt behind the lil latch which is behind the lil black plate. then pull the actual cable from the latch and the door should pop right open. sounds like u broke the lil plastic lock tab. easy fix u can pick the part up at ur local toyota.
