I have a 1997 LS400 and the factory wallet key in the black plastic sleave does not open the doors or the trunk like it should. Anyone know about this key. I want the most inexpensive way to cut a 2nd wallet or vallet key so I can hide it under the car in case the keys get locked inside

Thanks, I was afraid of that. Front and rear speakers have plenty of punch but the sub woofer is very weak. I replaced it with a much better kicker sub from another lexus post hoping the better sub woofer would sound better, but the amp is just not putting out enough juice to push it strong enough to get any bass. Thanks for your response. I had hoped there was another amp in the trunk that may have been blown and easily replaced.

I have checked my amp under the seat, and that runs all the door speakers. That amp is good. There has to be a 2nd more powerful amp for the sub in the trunk. Does anyone know where the trunk amp is on a 1997 LS400?
