Rx400H - Cd Player Stuck On Error 4

We have a "06" RX400h and ran into this problem as well. The changer was fully loaded & got the "Error 4". Next time on start up, I immediately ejected all the disk successfully. I loaded it back up but got the same error again. I now just run 1 disk in the changer at all times now.
