Well I decided to go with the Yokohama Avid V4s. I think I will stick with 225s on the stock rims. I hope the V4s last longer than the Yoko es100s.

My Yokos are the es100. Upon further consideration, ride is my top priority and wet handling a close second. How well do the avid v4s ride?

I would like a tire that is a little fatter than the 225/55. I bought Yokohamas and they are crap. After only 10K I need to replace them. Wet handling, tire wear and smooth ride are my top concerns. Sweet-SC

I need new tires for my 98 SC400. I heard that 245/50/16 could rub. Does anyone have knowledge of this or besides the 225/55/16 what size is best? I am going with stock rims. Also, any sugesstion on brands. Sweet-SC
