i have a 2001 Lexus IS300. about 2 days ago i went to turn on my car and it wudnt turn on at all so i thought i was the battery. when i get home later on that day i opened my car and my security light started flashing and making a ticking noise. i bought a new battery but when i installed it it made the same ticking noise and the security light kept on flashing and wudnt turn on at all and none of my electronics would work. Any Ideas?
