A BMW 528i had a 2.8L inline-6, 191 torque, 210HP at engine.

I have an 04 IS300. The milage is 18-19.5 mpg in the city. What can improve the milage to make it more equal to other cars of the same HP/displacement? I had a 98 BMW 528i, 21city/33hwy.
