hey. I sprayed some silicone lubricant in the ignitionof my 1999 gs300. the Delayed-action entry and exit illumination now has a short circuit. any ideas? should i use wd40 to stop any insulation happening or just leave it?
I'm no mechanic, but silicone is not meant for electronics, i wouldn't use wd40, but I'd probably use ignition spray, which is made for electrical parts. that's my two cents, good luck. ;)
