Good point. This is a 2011 model with built-in sat radio. My last one was a 2002 RX300 with add-on radio which didn't have this problem

Is it normal that the volume level for satellite radio is significantly lower than for radio, cd, usb etc.? I have to be careful when switching back from satellite because of the big jump in volume.
