Front Main Seal Seams Blown! Help!

Oh and I do have available space to do this on my own. -
Ok I just bought a 94 sc400. Everything is sound other then this seal. I have no idea how to replace the timing belt or seal. nd bit of help or guidance would be great. I'm all ears to what anyone has to say. Please get back to me!!!
