my ac wont stay cold, heat is fine but cold air last for 15min.....

My car is staling, like it's not getting enough power or when it does it takes time to get up like it's supposed to. Any thought's would help thank you.

Thank you , yeah i'm going to try the belt first. Um and another thing, my car seems to stal out sometime like i'm not getting all the power when i hit the gas any thoughts? Thanks again

I have a 95 es300 and when i start up my car it makes this errrrrrrrrr i cant explain. And when i turn, it does the same. Then when its been on for awhile it wont do it. I was told my belt was loose i dont know any thoughts o and turning the wheel is not hard at all. Any thoughts would help....thanks
