Do you know if it is bad to drive it until I get it fixed?

I have a 2001 RX300. Check Engine, VSC and the Trac light all came on this morning. Took it to Advance Auto Parts and their check system came back with the following: P1130 Manfacurer Contrl Fuel Air Metering Anyone know what these mean or what it will take to fix?
