but the thing is if the CD PLAYER does read any CD....how can that laser lens cleaning disc works?

how are you doing guys.. my car's CD player doesn't work , since i bought it 2 weeks ago... it has a 6 CD changer, as long as i put the case into the CD player i sounds like it automatically reading those CD, but after 1 or 2 minutes, the display shows me that ERR 1....i have no idea what's wrong with the CD PLAYER.. could you guys give me some suggestions?
