Having trouble with my new 2011RX350. It rides like Im using wooden tires. I feel every bump in the road, andit seems like the bottom of the car is "hollow" so I get a lot of raod noise unlesss Im on a newly paved road.

Have you check the PSI to make sure they aren't over inflated?
