I have a 97 ES300. Thanks for your help... I see some ES 300 with day time running lights Do they all have D.R.L or was that deal installed option

Does anyone know why I would have half the lights on the radio and climate control and radom places not working. Is there or are there bulbs that needs replacing or fuse. I'm trying to avoid going to the dealer. Thanks for any help on this issue
