I have a 2010 Lexus ES350 and I was recently in a front/side head on collision and non of my airbags deployed. Is this normal? My seat belt didn't lock either. Luckily I was on the street and not the highway. I would like to write Toyota does anyone know where I would send my letter? Thank you, T.B. California
