oh okay i did that yesterday, i definitely need a new starter and a new battery. my battery is only pushing out 64 watts and the least its supposed to have is 600

there is no corrosion. do you know how to check if you need a new battery??

My 1992 SC400's ground gets hot when i put the key in and it also won't start but it clicks when i turn the key. Anyone have advice for this, i need my car fixed and i don't know what the problem is.
