@ bearone: When i get back in the car,start the engine and put it in reverse,the locks still makes the CLICK SOUND,i guess just like you said,its a personalized setting from the previous owner,my headache now is how to get rid of it,UNDO IT.lol am not ready to spend a few hundred quids on this with the dealer,hopefully i get someone here who knows the procedure to get it taken off.

Hi forum member, Hi everyone,i noticed an unusual thing on my ES 350,here its goes..Once i get into the car and push the push-button start(with the car in park from previous night). I noticed that once the car starts and i shift the gear from PARK to REVERSE in order to back out from the garage,i hear a LOUD CLICK SOUND from the interior 4 locks(driver and rear) and the unlock.I have a 2007 altima and i never noticed this when i perform the same action. I bought the car with 9,000 miles on it and i just hate the CLICK SOUND because its too AUDIBLE and annoying.is this a problem or just a PERSONALIZED SETTING from the previous owner?PLS HELP. If its a personalized setting,pls how do i get rid of it.

I GOT AN 09 ES 350 which am considering lowering the shocks.i have already made up my mind dropping it by 2 or 3 inches,pls i need feedback from people that have had their car drop by about that size.My concerns are, is there any marked difference felt, when you hit a bump,vibration,discomfort compared to its previous state.Also any suggestion on dropping inches.Thanks for any input.

thanxs for the response.The part # for the 08 is different for the 09,but just wondering if they could be interchangeable.

PLS i need experts and fellow club member advice on this.Can i replace a 2009 es 350 ABS module/pump,with an 07-08 ABS pump/module.The dealer is charging ridicuous amount(over $2300). :( . :cries: is not even funny..lol and would the connector plug into each other.On a closer look,they look exactly alike but am not savvy enough to know the technicality involve.pls i need help.I have a part guy(not lexus dealership part who is willing to sell one for me for s fraction of what lexus is asking..$700 from another car,tested and working good.
