I have the same issue, on a 94 SC300. Two different dealers say there is nothing wrong. However the air flow out of the Vent remains at either 40 or 80 degree. I do not recall it being this way when I purchased the car new. FYI, when the vent is on outside, the fan will change speed, however on circulate, the fan speed does not change. Good luck on your quest for repair, and i would appreciate an update if you should ever find a resolution to the proplem. martyfin46@verizon.net
