I have a 97 sc300 that's stock as of now. I'm not wanting to put too much money into it due to it's age and mileage but I would like to put some time into it to make it look good and add a little performance without having to spend too much money. I was looking at exhaust tips and I know that the tips don't add any hp but do they also not add any addition sound? I would really like to add some nice sound to my car but I have a feeling I'm going to need a whole new exhaust system (catalytic converter etc) which I know can be expensive. I'm trying to find some cheap mods (as I've said lol) maybe exhaust and intake but I could use some help. Advice or anything is very much appreciated.
