Hi all. Does any have a instruction on how to replace the anti lock brake speed sensors. They are located near the rotors. I have to change both the left and right from sensor. Help would be appreciated.

Everything worked great before the speedo and odo crapped out. The other gauges work good. I hope that there is a way to calibrate the odo if I replace the cluster.

I can relate to the clicking sound when you try to start your car. Your starter is going out. I had to replace mine on my 99 G3 last summer. You should replace it asap because eventually it will completely quit. I found some good directions in the maintenance portion of this forum and I bought a used starter on Ebay for 50.00 and it has worked great. I saved myself hundreds of dollars by doing it myself.

When I replace the cluster will the odometer read correctly? Is the odometer just a display that get the information from the computer is will just it be incorrect.

If I replace the cluster is there a way to get to odometer to read accurately. T

dude my instrument cluster died also. it was so hard to find some one to fix it. I found one an ebay they go from $150 to $300 used . Cheaper then getting mine fix. They wanted to charge me between $650 to $800 they wanted to ship it to japan to get it fix. It was going to take like 3 weeks to get it back. I bought 1 from a 99 gs400 to put my gs300 and everything works fine except the rpm needle. I have it tested and the engine is fine but the rpm is all over the place. Good luck What did you do about the odometer bering off. Is there a way to to set to odo so that it is accurate again?

The other day my speedo stopped working. I can't figure out what is wrong. The other gauges are working fine. The odometer is not working either. Does anyone have a solution for this problem? From some of the other posts that I have seen, some people have had the problem with their speedo working intermittently. Mine just stopped. I have a 99 G3 and I am curious to know if anyone has experienced the same sounds that I have. I heard a clunk sound when i release the accelerator one morning just after getting on the highway. I haven't had any major problem with my Lex, but I want to know if this may mean the start of a problem. Also I was wonder if anyone had experienced a slight jerk when the transmission upshifts at very slow speed. It seem to only occur when it is going from 1st to 2nd. I am curious to nkow if this is normal or if i need to take immediate action. Thanks in advance for your help! G3 Lover Silent 21

Hello fellow G3 owner. I am wonder what is the lowest grade of gas that i can use in my 99 g3 with out doing damage. Also if anyone has had good luck with a particular manufacturer (mobile, Shell ect) i would like to know. Thanks in advance.
