1999 Rx 300 - P0330 - Knock Sensor

I have a 99 RX300 seams to be having the same problem, has anybody else tried changing the sensors? How difficult is it? Am fairly mechanically inclined and have the tools. Are there step by step instructions in print anywhere? Thanks.
