Where Is The Thermostat For 95 Es300 Located.

I need to find the location of the thermostat of my 95 ES300. I would like to replace myself. -
I recently had my battery and alternator replaced. Now, there is no audio from the factory power amplifer that powers the subwoofer. Any advice?
