Yes, I too am having problem with my 04 ls430 w/ custom package. What I believe is the middle seat cushing is too low compare to the outer ridge, such that my thight is being pinch by the outer edge of the seat. My temp. fix is constane change the angle and the height of the seat. I do believe one's height and weight do my a big difference. I already call Lexus assistance to voice my complain, perhaps, if more people have simailar problem and complain, Lexus may do something about it. GOOD LUCK.
