On April 18, 2010 as I was driving from Houston to Austin, Texas the oil line broke in my Lexus. We had recently received the information regarding the recall on the accelerator problem with notification of the oil line problem. I was lucky and according to the Lexus dealership in Austin, there was no damage to the engine. While it was being repaired they also corrected the pedal problem.
