You should search the Top Gear about this topic. Unfortunately, the IS-F didn't do so well when compared to the M3. -
I won't lower more than 1 inch because once the springs settle you'll be at 1.5-2.0 inches. 20" is a good size because tires are cheaper. Good Luck
