Stuck Sun Roof

my 2004 Lexus RX330 sun roof is stuck in the open position. I have only used the sun roof about 5 times in the past 2 1/2 years. Can anyone can tell me how to get the head liner off and how to manually close it.

Can not close my sun roof on a 2004 RX330. Any suggestions on how to remove the headliner?
